Let me introduce myself!

Originally from central Indiana, I’ve proudly called Nashville home for the past decade. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working in the nonprofit world alongside children and young families. That experience deeply shaped my understanding of how relationships, transitions, and early experiences impact us across the lifespan. I’ve had the privilege of supporting families navigating foster care, adoption, divorce, separation, and blended family dynamics — work that continues to inform my perspective today.

Wanting to engage in deeper, more meaningful therapeutic work, I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University. My training and background allow me to view challenges through a relational lens, understanding that none of us exist in isolation — our stories, families, and relationships matter.

Outside of work, my life is grounded in the same things I value in therapy: connection and balance. I love long runs that clear my head, competitive (but fun) pickleball games, slow dinners with family and friends, and any excuse to be outside. Nashville truly feels like home, and I’m grateful to live and work in a community I care deeply about.
